GSK secures Canada approval for Exdensur, first twice-yearly asthma biologic

Health Canada approved GSK’s Exdensur (depemokimab) for the treatment of severe eosinophilic asthma and chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps.

This medication is the first long-acting biologic with a twice-yearly dosing schedule approved in Canada for these indications.
