GSK plc secured an exclusive global license from Chugai Pharmaceutical Co Ltd for the anti-dengue antibody AID351. The agreement grants GSK full rights for the development and commercialization of the treatment.
GSK will lead all clinical development, including initial phase one trials. Chugai remains eligible to receive royalties from future sales and a portion of sublicensing income.
The collaboration pairs Chugai’s antibody engineering with GSK’s global development infrastructure. This strategic move expands GSK’s portfolio of infectious disease treatments to address rising global health risks.
