BYD will launch the Qin Max B-segment sedan on August 13. The company announced the flagship model on social media following a month-long teaser campaign. This vehicle targets younger buyers within the popular Qin family lineup.
The new model features BYD’s ultra-fast flash-charging technology. It also includes the God’s Eye B driver assistance system.
Sales for the Qin series fell by more than 50% year-to-date through July. BYD intends for the Qin Max to reinvigorate consumer interest in its high-volume vehicle line.
